The
Early Years
You
could always find Wade and Stephen (CQ) hanging out in the 95.1 FM studios on
Maraval Road, Trinidad on a Friday afternoon. Requesting “Shout Outs”
in the days when radio personalities didn't even know what it meant.
Produced segments of “The
Sound of the Future” Trinidad's # 1 Saturday morning radio program,
on 95.1 FM

drops for the “Sounds of the Future”
Frequent
Guest DJ with DJ Johnny Q's "Other Side of Midnight" radio program, on 95.1 FM
The
Growing Years (Trinidad)
C.I.DEE Sound
stepped to the plate to create some never to be forgotten memories of the Unforgettable
Attic, How About Something New, Jungle Juice and Friends of the
Jungle
Played
a major role in the career launching of Ishmel "The Demolition Man", once a C.I.DEE
Sound DJ who was then called "Mr. Flex". He was an integral part of our
team on the circuit in "Zombie Fridays" on the University of the West
Indies (UWI) campus, St. Augustine every Friday night
Went
on to rock one of Trinidad's premier's night club, "Club Coconuts" and established
the first UWI Splash at the club to cater for Thursday nighters in the Soca circuit
The
Growing Years (United States)
Produced
and hosted the “Caribbean Vibes” radio show on 660 AM. St. John's
University's first all Caribbean flavor radio show. All the original drops
he created are still used on this station
Played
along side big sounds like Stone Love movement and Afrique at on-campus parties.
Played
at all Phi Beta Sigma campus and off-campus events
Hosted
and played at off campus parties as part of “One Night Stand Productions”
Played
at Caribbean Students association events, well know for hosting the After Parties
Played
at other Universities as well including, University of Bridgeport, Hofstra, NCC,
NYU and LIU

and cohosted the Socaweb Radio Show on 105.9 FM WNWK in New York City
