Where should we start with this one.... Trini Jungle Juice arrived at the KoolHaus around 11:30pm and the line to get in wasn't as long as we expected, we thought either A - Everyone done inside or B - People on Caribbean time once again! The answer was actually C - Both A & B!

TJJ loves when promoters have their business in order, and we must say that the gentlemen of Higher Image were very well organized. You had your raffle sign up for the 2005 Chrysler 300 one-year lease while waiting in line, your specific passes (whether it be media, backstage or performer), not to mention a designated stage-front area for folks working on the night. And of course, we cannot fail to mention the sexy Higher Image ladies!

The DJs did an excellent job in keeping the crowd entertained while waiting for the latecomers to trickle in. On the downside, this meant having to push showtime back one hour. So you know when the first big band outta Trinidad, Shurwayne Winchester and Traffik hit the stage sometime around one-ish, the crowd was more than ready to jump and wave! It was nice to see Shurwayne along side Candy Hoyte, both backed by their home band. Yeah man, they buss out all de big tunes, and had the crowd in a frenzy! And then some of the social partygoers got happy when VP Records Recording Artist, Edwin Yearwood, graced the stage to cool things down with his sweet voice while still maintaining the energy of the crowd. Edwin give the fans about 4 or 5 big tunes leaving them in a daze. We could still hear the ladies up front asking for more Edwin... they refused to believe that he was not coming back on. But Hey, the show must go on!

Traffik was back in control and as they started singing their 2004 Road March title tune, Look the Band Coming (See Music Video), 15-time Caribana Champions Louis Saldenah 2005 Caribana "Rewind" presentation began, as their models ran out on stage. Yes, Yes! The photos of sexy women in Carnival costumes at the bottom-right of this page are all of Saldenah's 2005 Caribana "Rewind" presentation. Two words... "Whoooo Weeee!"

We will let you soak that in for a minute before continuing review on page two... yeah, we ent done yet!
