De Juice up in Pablos Sportsbar once again. Most times when we up in this spot, its because we keeping up to de time with local rap group Spotrushaz and their activities. Well this time was no different. The group was putting on a live concert performance, which was also going to be recorded for an upcoming DVD release.

The live show started a little after 1AM with BDangerous, TIM Starr and Chromatics all taking the stage. In a near one hour long performance they dropped hits like "Life We Chose (Troddin')", "True Soldierz", "Put The Chips Up" and de ever so popular "Mary Warner" just to name a few. The crowd which mostly consisted of Spotrushaz fans and true enthusiasts, all loved their recital. However, when they started bussing some early 90's hip hop, is then Spotrushaz really took de patrons by storm. Folks went into a frenzy when they heard repertoire from the likes of groups such as Wu-Tang Clan and KRS-1 amongst others. Even a touch of Mas was added into the performance, as models displayed costumes from the section La Marche Sur Versailles of Trini Revellers.

After the performance, good music didn't stop there. The DJs continued to dish out style after style and the crowd loved it. It was some real hip hop followers in de dance tonight, and they were definitely getting their money's worth. Doh talk bout when folks hear de Akon ft. Rick Ross... it was hands up, in de air, lighters flashing and folks chanting, "If you ever cross that line, I guarantee you there will be nuttin to save ya ... I got a whole bunch of gorillas ready to pull the trigger and we all for that paper..."

Yes peoples nuttin but good vibes.
