It was a little after 11 PM, when TJJ arrived on the scene, and things were just getting heated up. The crowd was beginning to fill out nicely and the vibe on de inside was gettin' nice. Not too long after this time Bajan soca artist, Alison Hinds, hit the stage and set things off. Her performance was totally absorbed by the crowd, and they loved every second of it. We must make mention of the two ladies accompanying her. Bwoy them cud throw waist line … Pressure!

D Hitman, who came on next continued warming up things up with his latest 2006 hit “Rum Me Brother Say”. KMC and his Red, White & Black band was up next. No stranger to the carnival scene, KMC also thrilled the crowd with performances of some of his big songs. The new, but ever popular “The Season is Mine” always seems to stir up an extra frenzy of excitement. Doh talk about his other smash hit "3 Miles" aka "Alyuh Mooove!!!" Partygoers were sent up to new levels of excitement. The Bands musicians also had their time to shine, mesmerizing the crowd with great skill... nuff forward to the Red White and Black.

Maximus Dan and Denise "Saucy Wow" Belfon were also part of the big line up that had the masses hype through out the show. There was a long stage intermission before Mr. Machel and Xtatik came on stage. Alison Hinds who chose to party a bit in the V.I.P section, also came back on stage to perform the ever popular remix to the hit “Roll It” with Machel, one of the many highlights of Machel’s exhilarating performance.

At one point Machel had to plead with partygoers not to pull down de fence. Typical Trinis ... having too much of a good time! Surge, new boy group in Trini has been really lucky for the season... the group has been fortunate enough to performing along side the Xtatik band. So besides their big smash hit “In Your Timing Girl,” they have received much publicity and seem to be growing strong as favorites in the minds of folks.

As usual, Machel is the last big act and normally closes off stage activity. The fete ended with a bang!! UNITE the event is really making a name as the biggest university event! Big Up to all de Trinity Hall, Canada Hall, Millner Hall, Joy Gibson, Hotel School, UWI 6th Form, Continuing Studies, and ROYTEC crew and crew. Nuff Respect to all other massive … we gone again.
