Well, most folks would know by now that the usual Trini routine on a Tuesday night would be to venture at the ever popular Woodford Café, Movie Towne. This Tuesday night, however, folks were definitely in for a performance that would blow their minds.

Hailing all the way from Carapichaima where she grew up, and now lives in Port of Spain, Ms. Annya Lee-Inniss of twenty-four years blessed patron’s hearts with her songbird voice. At approximately ten p.m. she sang to her hearts content a little bit of RnB, Techno, Hip Hop and Pop. Ms. Lee-Inniss enticed the hearts of over two hundred patrons for a little over half hour with a little help from one of her back up ‘chanters’ whom TJJ had the pleasure to meet, Marcus Braveboy, stage name “MaRk HaRdY”, whom we are sure you will begin to hear a lot from soon.

Lanyap performed right after blessing patrons with their conscious music. This group included a violinist by the name of Andre Donawa, who charmed the crowd with his skills.

TJJ was blessed with a quote that one of the performers, Mark Hardy, lived by every day – “Success is a process, not a destination”. From TJJ to all upcoming artistes “The journey begins when you allow it too.” Go out their and make TnT proud!
