Happy Birthday 2 U, Happy Birthday 2 U, Happy Birthday Machel, Happy Birthday 2 U. A!!! Yes sir, Mr. Machel Montano HD celebrated his birthday in true style at Club Life, Downtown Miami. Fuh true.

Club Life is definitely a 'House of Lime' where partygoers come on in to be dazzled, sit down in it's two VIP areas, have a drink by one of it's four bars, and lime for a while. Tonight, the scene was vivacious and energetic with the ladies dressed stylish and sophisticated and the men fashionable and charming. In the VIP sections partygoers munched on hor'derves while sippin' on champagne. Everyone was lively and in good spirits while they anxiously waited for Mr. HD exuberant performance. The crowd representing their flags ("Higher than High") showing patriotic love for their beautiful Islands.

Now Miami has da hottest and sexiest DJ's steaming de turntables, and we must give props to host Giselle D' Wassi One who moved the crowd by choosing tracks ("Madology") to control de energy. It was an all star DJ cast, with selectors like Walshy Fire, Steelie Basement and GB:God Bless cutting and scratching da tables, beatmixinig to da tracks ("Carnival"), remixing and spinning da records and synthesizing DA bass ("Madder Dan Dat"). The DJs did a nice job in keeping the music hot and saucy playing Soca, Reggae, Hip-Hop, and even some Ol' School.

Promoters TriniSouthBoyz (TSB) and their sponsors showed de love for Mr. Machel with a graffiti drawing of himself, plush party décor, cake, and champagne. Nice touch! TSB also welcomed TJJ in DA house with much love and respect.

While the crowd was winin' and jumpin' ("Scandalous"), Machel made his grand entrance through the VIP, giving love and praises to his fans. DJ GB:God Bless getting ready as DA Road March title holder ("Jumbie") for the last two years (2006 & 2007) makes his way to de stage, one of Soca's most sensational artist that has dedicated one-third of his life from the age of seven to thirty-three.Montano stated that thirty-three is in fact a lucky number, referencing that it's also the same age when Christ died. DA crowd growin' eager, the ladies screamin' ......

Mr. Machel takes the stage in full force with his smash hit ("Down D Road"). Machel has fantastic organizational skills, vocal talent, instrument, and sex appeal. He moves his body to the rhythmic beats, while female fans are feelin' and screamin' ("One More Time"). The crowd runnin' to DA left and right ("Big Truck"). Allyuh ("You"), it felt like pre-Carnival. One can easily see why he lives and gives off the vibes to jump all seasons ("Wining Season").

DA confident Montano stated he will be the Road March King for a third straight year in 2008 Carnival in beautiful T&T, and we definitely see why. Happy Birthday Machel from the entire TJJ family!
