Machel Tells His Story	One More Time Accepella

Last night we were at Dahved Levy's Red Bamboo Lounge in the country of Brooklyn as Machel affectionately refers to it. Upstairs on level two is where you could find team TJJ along with other media houses such as TEMPO and Synergy TV.

The excitement is definitely in the air as New York City prepares for one of the biggest soca stars in the world, in what not only is a historic moment in Machel's career but a historic moment for Soca music, period. The world's most famous arena is where you will find team TJJ tonight.

Madison Square Garden home of the New York Knicks and 125 years of history, host to some of the worlds greatest, like Mohammad Ali and Frank Sinatra, will be transformed into a Trini bacchanal session like NYC has never seen before. Machel promises over 150 performers and of course, those Peter Minshall's Jumbies that took over AC5 this Carnival in the National Stadium in sweet TnT.

Talking to Machel last night, he can't wait to show the world what he has to offer. We asked him why he gave Wendy Williams (WBLS) his sun glasses in a VH1 interview he did earlier in the day, he said "She asked me so I gave it to her!" Wait till you see some of the questions Wendy asked him in that interview, yuh know she like basa basa. Stay tuned to TJJ for our exclusive chat we had with the Machel.
