Another weekend, another fete and this rounds it was Soca On Demand (SOD) Pt. 4 ~ Back 2 Basics. Held at the newly renovated Shangri-La up in Markham, TJJ arrived on the scene just after 12:30am and by the looks of the parking lot we could tell that the party was in full swing.

In no time we were on the inside and it was time to survey the action... in other words, find the bar! With all drinks being a mere $5 and with fast and efficient service, everyone was getting their vibe on and we were no exception. D'Starboy himself Playhouse was on the mic and with D'Bandit on the one's & two's well let's just say the crowd in the zone. Things switched up a bit when Renegade Squad took to the tables and it was a serious vibez session. Big shout outs to DJ Chief, Kold Fusion, Soca Monarchs, DOC and of course our resident Rhythm Section De Farmers who all played a part in keeping de session hot hot hot!!

TJJ rolled out minutes after 3am and in the famous words of Xtatik, "Yuh does know when yuh party nice when vendors outside de jam (or something so...)" Yes Mr. Corn Soup man was present!! We'll take 3 with ah bake n shark! Much thanks to the WUN family for allowing TJJ to pass through. It was nice catching up with some old faces. See you next fete.
