You're in Barbados around Christmas time and looking for a pick me up post yule tide cheer? Well look no further than the Annual Boxing Day fete hosted by Jonny Edwards and friends.

What started out as a humble cooler lime down at Consett Bay in 1988, has grown to become one of the single most important events on the Bajan calendar. Having almost literally brought down the house in which it began, the fete moved to more open settings and adopted a new, more entertaining theme each year accompanied by it's own T-shirt. With themes such as Likkabox 95, Catt 97, Pokeymen 99, Cunnyhunter 05, Lazy Punx 06 and 2008's Klusterfukt, it's evident that these gentlemen are serious about having a great time.

As the fete has grown, major sponsors have come on line such as Heineken and Red Bull, but it is and intends to stay a free party, and funds made from T-shirt sales are donated to charity.

The requirements for this event are a cooler, drinks and good friends... and the only restriction is no calypso is available. Other than that, be prepared to let the good times roll!
