Well once again we reach the fete about 1:00 in the morning. TJJ's Party McFly call meh like three times on the way there, talking about I always late to a party.... steups. When I reach the fete, some confusion again by the door, but Island United promotions came out and remedied the situation.

Tonight it was Jazzy T's (Renaissance Disco) birthday celebration, and the first Naked of the year 2008. Several DJ's like Black Chiney, Prodigy, Nikko Star, Papa Keith, Dorenzo and Walshy Fire to name a few came out and showed Jazzy T love for his birthday. Dancehall artist Red Rat did a guest appearance singing a short compressed version of "Tight Up Skirt". The females in the dance couldn't help but move to the rhythm of the lyrics for this chune.

All three levels of the venue was ram with people. Only the inside of the club was available since the outside is still under renovations, making it a tight squeeze for the masses. The promoters expressed their disappointment with the venue, but this was out of their control. Now we did notice portable bars were placed throughout the venue making it easier to get drinks. Niiice. Sybil's restaurant was set up by the entrance, serving B-B-Q and Jerk chicken.... you could smell the food aroma when entering/exiting the venue.

The party wrapped up sharply at 4am, and I left Party McFly chatting in the parking lot. When ah reach by the corner, I heard gun fire, gun fire, gun fire, and more gun fire.... sounded like an AK47. If you see people dive to the ground in horror. It looked like something only in the movies!! It's a good thing I was already in my car.... that night, call me speed racer, ah dust it, yes! I called TJJ Party McFly, to make sure he was all right. When he finally answered, he said, "Ah taking cover under a car!! Ah ga call ya back!" Just to settle any confusion, this incident was not at the venue, it actually happened blocks away from the venue. But some safety precautions; Ladies, when walking to yuh car, always walk in groups.

We can't wait for the next Naked, which is next on my agenda after I come back from sweet T&T Carnival 2008!!
