I must say. I'm impressed. After about 6 months of some lackluster entertainment in the city, Atlanta finally pulled it together. Not sure if actor/model Boris Kudjoe (left in photo) should take credit, or if it was the amazing promotional job done by both the Trends crew and company. All in all, it was a well done event, and yet another "buckups" on the part of this disenchanted partygoer.

I was first blown away by the efficiency of the lines. People were coming, and they were getting them inside, which was good too! Even though it was "summer" it was still entirely too cold that evening, and the girls were dressed to distract! Tickets were already sold out before the night. That's right, over 1000 tickets sold, which had some desperate partygoers paying up to $100 just to go in. Yes, it was that kinna party!

The night started out nicely for the grown folks, with a mix of oldies that had us rocking. As the clock struck midnight and the true party crew started rolling in, the DJS didn't skip a beat in keeping the energy going for the change over in audience. I must commend the mic men ... (yes multiple) who were doing just about anything they could possibly do on that stage without falling off or spilling their drinks!

The VIP room was a little drab with the usual profilers, and after a few minutes of curiosity satisfying I was back out with the true vibes.

Oh! I must also commend the bar. Two very large bars, appropriately positioned so that no one had to stop the party to get a drink. They were pretty quick servers too!

Overall, there was nothing wrong with the event, and should definitely be added to every Atlanta's calendar, especially if you've been in search of a good party lately.
