Who's doing it right?? Oh yes the best.... 2B is doing it right!!! The most obvious sign of this is when I saw 4 buses parked at the pier. Exiting the bus were new and old faces already staggering off the bus. Lawd... I knew it was on when I saw that. Rolling with a crew of five, we all saw the line extended the length of two boats. Folks walked with coolers, cups and food pans in hand.

As we strolled over to the boat after parking, to our surprise as we looked over the rail, we noticed this massive boat about the length of a football field. Wow!!! Could that be the boat? It was brand new and huge ... lots of sun bathing for sure! Oh yeah!! Two thumbs up for that.

As soon as we set foot on this boat, my first thought was how massive and clean it was. Two steps forward and the next thing yeah know I was holding a 2B mug in meh hand. Yeah, you know what that means!! There was food galore so if you came with your belly touching your back, you would have been straight in no time. Curry on one side, and the Trini style cook up on the opposite side.

The boat set sail at 4:30pm with our ever popular Casanovas playing selections that's no one could resist. Big tunes like "Radica", "Rum and Roti", "Hold You Down" and "Jep Sting" followed my switching pace to "Tiny Winey"! Funky Fat Boy opened with a tribute to Rodney "Fallen Soldiers" we miss you. The reggae was on point for the lovers on board and so was the splendid mix of Latin music like Reggaeton and Tecno for the Latinas on d boat too. smile

What I loved was how Funky Fat Boy played a remixed "Meet Super Blue" with a classic Super Blue hit. That was HOTT!!
Posted outside on deck was The Trinbago Massive Rhythm Section, who put down a wicked jam session. Nothing says top notch like plenty of everything and and there was an abundance of food, drinks, sweet music and folks who knew how to fete on d boat. Who's doing it right? 2B's doing it right!!
