Designers shower WMM with high praise

Basseterre, St. Kitts (February 21, 2007): Designers who come to St. Kitts to showcase their clothing on Winnielle Model Management and bmobile's yearly fashion events have high praise to give to both the organizers and the events.

Sonia Noel who will be the featured designer on Show Me Your Body 2007 said that Winnielle Model Management has impressed her to the highest extent.

Show Me Your Body 2007 will be held on March 23 at the prestigious St. Kitts Marriott Resort.

Noel said the events are a mix of top class models, professional production and great treatment.

"I still talk about the show wherever I go," said Noel who first appeared on Show Me Your Soul 2006.

She said she expects Show Me Your Body to be just as good as Show Me Your Soul.
"One would think that a company coming from a small country would not be able to produce events to such an international standard but WMM does it and does it well," she said.
Noel said during her stay on the island in August of 2006 she noticed that WMM is a very respected company within St. Kitts and Nevis. "It shows as the patrons are from all social classes of the community."

Noel is not the only one singing high praises of Winnielle Model Management. New comer to the designing scene Mikieda Franklin has also spoken highly of the agency and its fashion events.

Franklin recently said of Show Me Your Body, "the show is dynamic. There is a lot of work involved in pulling off a production and backstage can be fierce. But WMM does it and does it professionally."

Having modeled on WMM's events before Franklin said, "I can truly say I will miss the runway."
Toni Thorne of Barbados who will be making her first appearance on any of WMM's fashion events said she first heard of the agency from fellow Barbadian designer Kingsley Thorne.
She said he had good things to say of the agency and its fashion events and encouraged her to participate in one of their events.

"I came to St. Kitts for another show and met Winnielle and a few of her models and I was surprised at the level of professionalism they handled themselves with," said Toni.
She has said she is excited to have been asked to participate in Show Me Your Body 2007 and is looking forward to a fabulous show.

Winnielle Model Management hosted a casting call for all models on Saturday February 17th. CEO, Winnielle Guilbert said that being caste for her fashion event is a job that is paying and carries tremendous exposure.

She said all models that were caste will be seen by regional and international magazines including Shabeau, Caribelle, Couture, Posh and Uzuri which originates out of Africa.
She said that Shabeau Magazine will be taking the opportunity offered by the swimsuit extravaganza to choose one lucky male and female to compete in their "Face Of Shabeau" model search which will be held in Barbados.

Sponsor for the event include the St. Kitts Marriott Resort and the Royal Beach Casino as platinum sponsors, SKNVIBES.com as gold sponsors, Richies Fine Jewelry, ChoiceFM, KyssFM and Magics Enterprise as silver sponsors.

Designers for the event are; Sonia Noel and Toni Thorne of Barbados, Guyana born Mikieda Franklin who resides in St. Kitts, Etienne out of Antigua and artist/designer Dennis Richards
Bmobile are title sponsor for the event. Their 2007 swimsuit line will be produced by St. Maarten crochet designer Kaishah Peters.
