SKHI

WHO IS SKHI? A lover of music from an early age, SKHI entered school competitions where he always placed in the first three. At age ten he was already composing ballads and singing along to his favourite songs on the radio. At age eighteen he and his friend and entered the popular "Party Time" competition on Trinidad and Tobago Television doing a dance routine, and placed third.

At age twenty, SKHI was a front line singer with MVOICE where he stayed for one year. He then joined with Mark Jiminez to form Ataklan, singing Rapso music, but parted ways after two years. He also did work on the road with Roy Cape All Stars for a Carnival season.

He's now singing under the name S.K.H.I. which stands for "Science Is Knowledge That Heightens Intelligence". In 2006 he sang "Find Ah Way", 2007 "Addictive" and for 2008 "Desire". His music deals mostly on Social issues and love. SKHI's hobbies include reading, soccer, going to the beach and movies and listening to all varities of music.

This is SKHI in a nutshell. Life is what we make it, always has been, always will be.
