Here's what the expect at the event:

The Food: Get ready to savor and sample the delights of the Caribbean’s most buzzed about chefs, including Chef Irie and popular pastry Chef Mimi for live interactive demos beginning at 4p.m.

The Wine: Sip on an array of wines and learn about wine pairing that blend perfectly with traditional Caribbean dishes like Roti and Curried Chicken or Bake and Saltfish.

The Fete: The Vibes and energy with be pumpin from the moment you enter with sounds by MeloGroove steelpan orchestra, a solo drum session from Miami's own Trini Souljah and stage performances from international DJ’s, including: DJ Mark D, Ryan Sayeed, LL Cool Blaze, Team Soca's own DJ Spice and hosts Vanessa James and Giselle the Wassi One.
