CaribMask Caribbean Carnival consists of a parade displaying masqueraders, dressed in elaborate colorful carnival costumes. Floats, School Bands, Miss CaribMask and other auxiliary teams will be showcased during the parade.
The parade winds through the city igniting celebratory dancing by the carnival spectators and ends at the main stage event in the carnival village. The village exhibits the latest Caribbean artist and entertainers blazing calypso and soca music. The village will be lined with vendors of arts and crafts, fine Caribbean cuisine and cultural educational exhibits in the midst lots of dancing.
A CaribMask Kid’s Corner within the carnival village makes available steel drum lessons, storytelling and arts and crafts for the young at heart.
