The biggest Soca Fitness Fete in the UK is back to give you a 2 hour soca powered fitness workout to get your heart pumping, waistline pelting and bamsie shaking. Helping you to burn calories and tone your body while we wuk up a sweat to the sweet sounds of soca with a touch of afrobeats!

This is our 1st year anniversary so expect some added surprises. Its time to celebrate with a good island vibes wukkout!
