The people of the republic have waited too long. They have chosen their time, their space, their place of freedom, and it is the stage.

No more waiting. The time is now. The place is here.

And now we look to our freedom fighters Machel Montano and Badjohn Republic, who fight for our right to embrace our emancipation within the Carnival.

They will lead us to our liberty, to the performance of our lives. They will lead us across the great stage in celebration.
