PASSION ... Men are from Mars | Women are from Venus Review

CROWD:
This year's instalment of Xmas Passion attracted quite a large amount of patrons. If you arrived at this party anytime before 12 AM however, you would have sworn that you were gonna be the only one there ... talk bout fashionably late ;-) Now most folks didn't really adhere to the dress code theme of women in white (Venus) and men in red (Mars), unless the all wanted to fall into the Aliens category ... wear what ya like! All the same, there were nuff hottie hottie girls and buff pretty boys up in de dance.
VENUE/ACCESSIBILITY:
St Johns was where the party was held. Now this seems to be fast becoming quite a popular venue, as every other party thrown is held here of late. No problem from us with that however, as the location is quite central and provides ample parking with the use of the stadium carpark.
VIBES:
The energy and excitement came on late in the night as figured, since the party picked up late. Besides the wine-ing Santa on stage, there wasn't any other live entertainment but the DJ cast line up of J Lava & Ruan Brown, Chinee from Red 96.7, Private Ryan (Miami) and Hypa Hoppa all fell nothing short in filling that void with musical entertainment. Chune bwoy ... chune! At the end of the night when the music stopped and patrons thought it had all ended, a music truck was on the outside all set to take patrons for a jump up Jouvert style around the stadium parking lot. Well ya know Trinis ... cud never get enough, and so most quite delightfully chipped behind that truck all the way to the end.
FOOD/DRINK:
It was a Drinks Inclusive affair consisting of Rum, Beer and Vodka. In addition to that there was Wine for the Venus Women and Hard Wine for the Mars Men. The Passion girls were also most busy serving the Intergalactic Passion Shots all night long to all any welcoming participants.
SERVICE:
The service was good. Speedy entry into the fete, reasonably quick turn around time in getting a drink, good music and of course the Passion ... seeing and connecting with folks you haven't seen in a long time!
COST/VALUE:
Price varied from $250 to $280 Limited Advance. A fairly reasonably price but Santa could have thrown a lil Scotch into the drinks line up however. That wud have surely made it a Merry Xmas.
