This party had absolutely no fights or robberies, so security was doing their job! It had some fireworks, which was a nice touch. One thing I didn't see was the ice cream, but I don't think partygoers cared. The fact is, 20.10 was one hell of a party!! They even had some dancers showing the crowd how yuh supposed to get down. This was a party with EVERYTHING. IT sell off ... Jonathan Mark say so!

CROWD:
The dance start up at about 1:30am, but when the dance start ... IT START! Ladies came prepared, and the fellas stepped out big. People definitely starting this New Year trendy. All of the biggest DJ's in Trinidad & Tobago were present, even if they weren't DJ'ing. And a lot of other event promoters were there, so you know the dance was big.

VENUE/ACCESSIBILITY:
YWCA is a nice open space. I think it's really a big car park, but GGP came good. They brought a wonderful stage too ... and Red Bull up the place. YWCA is an open area, so folks enjoyed the fresh evening breeze on the night shift. BAAAAABBYYYY ... at one point it seemed like a cooler fete though... nuff champagne bottles were on the floor.

VIBES:
I ent gonna lie ... this one took a minute to get started, but when the party started pumping .... it was PUMPING! Conduct was poor, but not too poor.  One DJ played the Gyal God Remix of Pipe from Patch showing the world how big GGP is. DJ Pun, Marvin, Triple Threat, Joel D Boss, Readymix DMT, Players Syndicate and Players International were the DJ's on the night. Everyone realized that they basically had their own radio station for a night with this lie up! Readymix brought the initial hype, and the party took off from there.

FOOD/DRINK:
I'm not sure if Royal Oak sponsored this event, but let me tell you how it went down.... $5 for a cup of ice, $10 for Orange Juice, $30 for the small box of macaroni salad, fries and BBQ chicken. Jerk chicken was available as well. So you be the judge of the prices, but bottom line.... there was food and drinks ... even champagne was selling!

SERVICE:
No chits at the bar, and no long lines. Service was quick. It had a M5 security van outside, but it wasn't really patrolling. I didn't check out the bathrooms situation, but everything thing else seemed in order.

COST/VALUE:
$100 for girls and $160 for 2 girls. $120 for men. Was I robbed? Top DJ's, best girls ... I think not! As a matter of fact, I rob Gyal God and I saying it proudly! ;-)
