Reggae super star Richie Spice is happy to see that all the hard work that he did last year has not gone unrecognized. The prolific hit maker has been nominated in three categories of the Excellence in Music and Entertainment Awards (EME). He has been nominated in the following categories: Male Vocalist of the Year, Cultural Positive Artist of the Year and Collabo of the Year (Reggae).

“It’s a nice feeling to be nominated by the EME.” “Although as an artist I and I not really working for awards, I am just doing the works of the creator but wi still give thanks for the recognition, it brings a joyful feeling.”

Last year Richie Spice scored big on reggae charts all over the world with hit songs such as Street Life, More Life and with the awesome combination hit single King and Queen which was done in tandem with Bajan Soca Queen Allison Hinds. He also did a lot of work on the road performing in Europe, Australia, the US, Bermuda and all over the Caribbean.

Richie Spice is currently getting ready to drop a new album for VP Records. He will also be embarking on a six week tour of Europe and the UK next month. His management team is also in negotiations with promoters for a tour of the US and he will also be visiting the Mother Land soon.
