ALL HAIL YORKE!! ALL HAIL YORKE!!

What’s up people, it has been a while but yuh girl Lece is back on de scene.  First fete for the season Yorke All Inclusive.  Fantastic, Energetic, Magnetic, Fantabulous (my word by the way I think is should trade mark it lol) is only some of the adjectives that I can think of to explain my experience at this fete.

Equipped with a Carib Brew House and the Carib Girls, Wine tent and the Wine Girls, 5 premium stocked bars, Haagen and Daz ice cream, and countless tents of food, Chinese, Indian, Creole,  Bake and Shark, Corn Soup, Geera Pork, and Chicken, Arabian only to name a few, yuh girl was ready to make her name at Yorke's 2010 All Inclusive.

There was never a dull moment at Yorke and why should there be.  So I got there late and I happen to miss out on the first performance of the night which was from the HD Family ... sorry guys.  But as far as I heard, Patrice and the family had the people grinning to ease de tension.  It was sweet!

Thankfully I was surely there to take in the performance of Shurwayne Winchester and Y.O.U.  Love it, Love it, Love it!!  Mr. Winchester had the crowd in frenzy, but the moment the shirts started peeling off of bodies, well it was screams fuh so! The ladies, myself included had no voice at the end of their performance.  Well done Shurwayne & YOU ... well done.

I must say the ladies were out in their numbers looking hottt and very swankalicious.  I think a lot of people learned their lesson from last year about the heels so there were a lot of flat sandals this year and then there were some heels.  I did notice however on my way walking very casually and comfortably to the car (in my very fashionable flats) a lot of women were limping, and catching rides off their boyfriends' backs.  Oh well beauty is pain right??!!

So anyway, Eddie and Traffik came on next to a resounding applause and high pitched screams, where a lot was focused on two of their new female frontline members of the band.  These swanky chicks belted out some vocals which told everyone hey ... we can sing.  Traffik portrayed guest artiste such as Iwer George and of course, J.W. & Blaze with their 2K10 hit song "Palance" (who say road march?).  It was ridiculous the crowd to me seemed as if they had escaped from somewhere.  It was Madness, sweet pure Madness!!  Now my night was going well but after that song was finished, it was beautiful.  I now had the company that I wanted next to me which made the music seem even sweeter *wink ... wink*

Kes the Band was the last live performances of the night. They brought back some of their older popular hits in the earlies of their performance, following up to their more recent songs such as "Addicted", "Waist Line Roll" and "We Coming Down". They ended at about 11:55PM to cheers and applause from the crowd.

Yorke once more thanks for the invite and we definitely can’t wait till next year when we do it all over again.

Please be safe people! If yuh planning to drink real Carib, please have your designated driver so that Lece could see you at the next fete. J

TTYL,
Lece for the Jungle Juice Family
