SPICE, so nice... they did it twice. The second year and Spice a new carnival band is taking masqueraders by storm. Their 2010 presentation The Spice Route was a major success, their carnival theme told you a story about the Spice Route being the 1st major trade route and this passage began with an arduous overland routes and it grew into maritime passes, threading their way through Arabia, North Africa, Egypt, The Venetian Republic, Portugal, Spain, Western Europe. WOW.. these people real travel next time call me I want to go on tour as well to all these amazing places.

The Spice Route answered the call for a remedy to bore and monotony of medieval life and quelled what was thought to be an insatiable desire for all things rich, both taste and culture. HMMM, so after there journey they where able to create beautiful sections such as Rubies of Mummbai which is the red and gold section, Kang Chou- China a combination of different shades of green, Africa-Adulis the wooden/brownish section wit hints of orange, Caspian Sea when you looked at this section you instantly think of the ocean, Thailand yellow and gold section. Egypt- Wing of Isis ... my favourite section ... sexy for days wow the turquoise and blue with purple hints of gold and a marvelous head piece. Gate of Petra hot pink and baby pink wit hints of gold a very exotic section. Ceylon Pearls it remind me of another section but it was nice white and pearls ... Merchants of Venice, two shades of green and silver section, Greece the purple and silver section the from line that made you feel like you was in Rio carnival. Moroccan Heat the orange and silver the section that had you sweating fuss it was hot with sexy females and males wow I'm still wiping my face.Imperium Romanum the reddish brown section very sexy just alot of cloth, and the last section Sir Lanka- Ratnapura the black with several colorful gems.

My TJJ readers you have your history and your costumes names and description now we heading to the road yes we chipping on the pavement with SPICE. Spice had great vibes, great dj's and nice people even R&B sensation MYA yes they kept that under low but she was there in full costume having a time in the hot sun in beautiful island of Trinidad and Tobago. The band brought together your LGBT ...  your Lesbians, Gays, Bisexual and Transsexuals. I thought it was cool ... they were open about it their being and they normal just like very one else. They showcased their Rainbow colored flag and they were proud.

The band is a medium band but people had a time they only wanted to hear PALANCE but it was the carnival hit anyway and no other song could contest. The band Spice .... we can describe it as a family band because it has united both young and old as one and they chip and dance together no separation. ALL AH WE IS ONE FAMILY

Somebody say lunch yeah .... I'm starving. Who ready to eat the band done cross stage up by the Queens Park Savannah and we heading to QRC for lunch yes food all that alchohol an walking have a woman hungry. You had so many choices but my friends and I had Italian and Arabian food, ummmmhmmmmmmmm good who ever catered the food a job well done. I also like the fact that the security had there own lil section for food. Nice to know that we have safety and security that eat and not going to faint from the heat and a hungry belly. Time to REFRESH beacuse Carnival almost done yes, makeup check, hair check, stocking, perfume,go to the rest room b4 the band pull off check. We ready again LETS GO.

The band is back in order and the fun continues, costumes and faces don't look as fresh from the morning but all SPICE masqueraders still have the STAMINA to go. Camera action and Bumper action in full effect. To the Spice committee TTJ had a wonderful time looking forward to your next presentation. SPICE was nice.........
