CROWD:
One word to describe the crowd is colorful! Dem Jamaicans definitely like to represent the colors of their flag, so you were sure to see a lot of yellow, green and black. I have to give it to the ladies for coming out with some eye catching coordinated outfits. Looking at the bleachers, they were certainly packed with people enjoying the tunes while they awaited the games to begin. As for the celeb count there were the faces of Spragga Benz, Stacious, Red Fox, Assassin, D' Angel, up and coming artist for VP Records Romain Virgo as well as some local DJ's Spreadlove Bobby, DJ Roy and DJ Trini.

VENUE/ACCESSIBILITY:
Roy Wilkins holds a lot of people in its entirety where you saw families and friends just relaxing under a tree or on the grass while catching the vibes. Parking was not an easy thing to find but eventually a spot opened up a few blocks away. Even though the sun was blazing, there were people scattered everywhere. Later on in the day we got a drizzle of rain to cool down the place which led to people breaking out their Jamaican flag umbrellas and I even saw a couple of Trini umbrellas there too. Yuh know we Caribbean people could withstand anything, so of course the rain didn't send anyone home.

VIBE:
While the crowd gathered the DJ run some tunes that kept the vibes going. As the day progressed it was time for the matches to begin and all eyes were on the field. After a soccer match was played, there were some male and female runners who entertained everyone. We also had some great performances by the man of the show Shabba Ranks, Ricky Blaze and Kiprich.

FOOD & DRINKS:
Since I love my belly you know I just had to check out the food. So, I visited the C3 Restaurant and the stand next to it where I indulged in some delicious fried chicken and festival with a tasty jerk sauce. And later on, I then enjoyed some rice and peas with jerk chicken and veggies. Talk about eat till my belly buss, I thought I would have end up catching itis, but I made it!

SERVICE:
When I first arrived I took a glance at the long line against the sidewalk, where security was tight to ensure safety in the event. I then decided to "skip to my lou" on  to the front of de line where the security checked my bag and I was on my way to backstage to get some good shots!

COST/VALUE:
The cost to this event was at $30 a ticket which was a good deal for a day of fun.

Shout outs to Maxine, Taz, Spreadlove Bobby & DJ Trini ! Thanks guys!
