On June 27th in South Fashion Week, the runway was heated with south style, swimwear, and the unique collections that displayed the warmth of the islands. However, this wasn’t the only thing HOT, the humid hall was a bit uncomfortable and distracting. You could tell it was a cause for concern with the models, the media and the audience. Good thing we got programs upon entrance, they sure came in handy as this was our only option to cool ourselves down. Refreshment bar maybe?? Maybe NOT!!

Back to the show, which consisted of nine designers; Bang Bang, Deron Attzs, Artistic Revolution, Lesa Gonzales and the infamous Millhouse Clothing Company just to name a few. As the models strutted their stuff we got to see a lot of cloth and colour, they definitely showcased a variety of clothing for all shapes and sizes but I felt something was missing, the WOW factor wasn’t there.

As the show came to an end, it was a DOH STICK vibes. As the last set of models and designers exited after the final walk, so did the patrons. South Fashion Week you need to take it up a notch!!!
