So the season is heating up and as time draws closer, the J’Ouvert bands are beginning to host their launch presentations one by one. TJJ went on location to Tragarete Road at the Mas Camp of Kalalloo to check out the launch of “No Draws and Chocolate” J’Ouvert presentation in conjunction with “Mas on Broadway” Mas band presentation.

We were on the scene for roughly an hour and a half enjoying the free eats, drinks and loads of entertainment. Yes sir … with the amount of artists on site, we definitely got a treat. Celebs such as Giselle D' Wassi One, SKHI and Pelf just to name a few, entertained folks and kept the vibes lively.

Kalalloo’s “Mas on Broadway” models came out shortly after, showcasing the bands costumes as they wined down low to instruction given by Pelf. Shortly after, the J’Ouvert presentation of the night came out. Girls in short shorts and buckets of chocolate palanced around a bit. Then came the interesting part … the smearing of chocolate on each other! Always an enjoyable sight, and not to mention … any willing spectator could have gotten a little rub down too!!

So if you like the concept of No Draws and Chocolate and also the costumes of Kalalloo, be sure to head down to their Mas Camp and sign up. Time is running out!
