Carnival Thursday ... what is so special about this day ... the euphoria that carnival is oh so close ... the fact that all foreign crew has landed ... what is it? We still do not know ... it is such a fabulous day! TRIBE Ignite awaits ...

CROWD:
So definitely by now most of the foreign crew and crew have landed and without a doubt this will be one of their first parties to attend. Those who have been here earlier well guess what? They were in Beach House!!! So after experiencing a party where fashion is a definite must ... excuse me ... you are in beach house ... you have to be dressed seductively ... TRIBE ... well we have a mix ... all those Beach House party goers who attend TRIBE after, definitely spruces the TRIBE crowd up ... however, some of them go home and "dress down" THEN attend TRIBE .... *ahem* where is the respect huh!? ... is it because this crowd is usually just dressed normally as an everyday party ... but that still does NOT stop the fun!!!!! The venue ... full of humans and something else (NOT going to elaborate)!!!! ... I won't lie ... Now as always we look and we compare the comfortability factor and whether or not it is affecting the party ... the verdict was COMFORTABLE but I am not sure ... I believe it was! ... Now ... wonder if people would find their other halves at this party ... or leave their current other half for a new other half ... or maybe just shack up with a new half ... ugh? .... Beauty vs. The Beast .... uhm ... Check The Pictures ... Loads of Women Though .... Loads ... *whistles* ...

VENUE/ACCESSIBILITY:
As usual Jenny's Car Park ... The Place To Be In Port-Of-Spain. Easy to get to ... SO EASY to get to ... take ah left here, buss a right, go around the round about, and say boom blast ... you are there! Shocked? Seriously, in the centre of Port-Of-Spain ... and you are sorted! There is no ambiance about Jenny's ... NONE ... except the disgusting stairs ... and as always you have these retarded and dunce police and fire officers telling people to come off and do not linger around ... I wanted to spit in one of their eyes ... they add to the ugliness of this party!!!! They should be banned!!!! I understand that you cannot linger around the stairs because of health and safety reasons ... but there is a way to speak to people ... I won't get into that too much ... because it is not only in this party we have the same problem!!! Honestly ... in my eyes ... this venue is rubbish ... but the location is sweet ... so taking away location versus layout and ambiance ... location will always win!!!

VIBES:

By the time we arrived we only had the opportunity to witness the stage experiences of Iwer George and Bunji Garlin with the entire Asylum band including his wife Faye-Ann, 3 Suns, Busy Signal & Scarface.  I am not sure what I can say about the VIBE in this party ... people were standing up and socialising man too much ... The ratio of socilaisers to winers was like 5:1 ... ah mean seriously .... for every 1 winer - you had 5 socialisers ... talking about current events and whatever nonsense they could fit into that one conversation ... Sighs ... I leave it up to the patrons to indicate if they had a vibe ... I am not going to create stories ... People were bubbling ... there was level interaction  ... but I honestly felt ZERO excitement about being at this event ... That being said ... it did not stop us from taking an immaculately large number of shots ... one must admit the crowd was sexy and as I said earlier ... SOCIABLE ... so MUST TAKE PICTURE ... study the bamcee infront of you and wine ... NAH ... none ah dat ... POSE OFF! ... But anyway ... I digress ... Vibe ... I felt the bacchanal was missing ... maybe this was only me ... I know I saw winery and debauchery ... but was not rampant and everywhere I went ... it was in clusters ... Such A Shame I Say!!!!

FOOD & DRINKS:

With a TASTY bake and shark stall ... I had to lash some fish in my stomach ... tooo much alcohol ... wow .... and at $30.00 TT for one ... could not go wrong ... so I had two !! ... I got about 6 pieces of shark in each one ... what can I say .... the waitress liked me ... maybe! Or she wanted to get rid of the fish ... Who cares ... stomach was full ... I ate! Energise!!!! I definitely had a wonderful time getting drinks as well ... Didn't really have a problem ... ask and he shall receive really ... but then as I said ... people were just bringing me drinks ... Bang Bang!!

SERVICE:
Easy Entry By The Door ... Was it easy to get drinks ... merry! ... Food line was not long either ... pay your money and you good to go ... food ... and you see if you sweet talk a waitress ... you will get more food for your money ... why red man so?!?!?  Drinks were easy to get for me ... but then again I put that down to just being sociable and knowing too many people ... including the bar maids ... SCORE!!!

COST/VALUE:
Not too sure how deep this "thing" burn people's pockets ... I really cannot tell you if it was worth it or not either ... its a weird feeling I get when I attend this fete ... every year ... almost four years in a row now ... same feeling ... as I sigh a relief ... I know some people will beg to differ but those are the die hard fans ...

Uhm ... A Change Is Needed ... This fete is becoming flat ... Mundane ... same thing every year ... Time For A Change ...
