Dazzling, sultry and seductive....your very own Oscars party in London!!!

CROWD:
One word...'Diverse!!!' The Crowd is always one of the best things about Corset and Diamonds...fun, friendly and anything goes! It's probably pretty rare that you will find such a diverse, down to earth and interesting bunch of people in one spot! As always, pretty much everyone manages to get into the theme... so tonight, think dazzling and sexy screen Icons... It's time to be a Silver Screen Movie Star!! This definitely equalled full on glamour! Tonight's crowd was a little smaller than the usual but they still managed to bring a good vibe and enjoy every minute. Most importantly remember... no unaccompanied males!!!:)

VENUE/ACCESSIBILITY:
Corset and Diamonds takes place in one room of Clerkenwell House, a tall and slim venue hidden away in the back streets of the city. Luckily, parking has never proved difficult which is always a bonus for central London. It's also less than ten minutes from the tube! The venue itself is small and intimate with one bar and plenty of seating and of course the all important 'stage' area for those saucy Burlesque performers!

VIBES:
Tonight's theme was 'Silver screen Movie stars', think Elizabeth Taylor, think the ultimate glamour and seductive red carpet Icons! Ladies and gents were dressed to the nines and brought with the them an intimate yet fabulous vibe. The vibe was mellow, not a lot of dancing or crazy behaviour...just a smooth, seductive retro movie star mingle!! Corset and Diamonds always give us the best in Burlesque performers and tonight was no different as we got to experience 2 Burlesque beauties not once but twice each!!! Each performer put their own twist on Burlesque combined with the head turning and ravishing beauty of a vintage screen icon! Make sure you get down to Corset and Diamonds in time to take in the performances, without a doubt!!!

FOOD/DRINKS:
As per previous events, you have a choice to either attend just the party or come earlier and get a fabulous meal included. We didn't get to sample the food but it looked amazing! Lots of choice for your meal and a complimentary cocktail on arrival!!! Drinks as always were on point...a small bar with a big selection and lots of amazing cocktails and pink champagne to fit the fabulous red carpet theme! Arrive before 22.30 and a glass of bubbly is on the house as well! Lovely !!!! Nothing champagne can't cure!

SERVICE:
Fabulous treatment from Corset and Diamonds as always! So glad we have many more events in 2011 to look forward to...

COST/VALUE FOR MONEY:
Tickets range from £10 up to £36.50 if you want to include the meal...with freebies, fabulous performers and a friendly relaxed vibe ... This event definitely gets my vote for value!!!
