Alright my carnival babies, Machel and Kes in SLU were good this year, but now it’s time for a .... BOAT RIDE!! And as Daddy Juice would say, “Every good carnival should have a cruise to be a bess carnival!” I hear you loud and clear Carnival Ref ... “Just Tango Carnival Bashment!”, here we come!!
After a relaxing Saturday, recovering from the previous fetes and limes, I (De Camel) was back on track Sunday morning. EC$100 and a special invitation by my Lucian friends, secured my spot on the Tango catamaran for this private, exclusive affair. Oh, did I mention it was FREE DRINKS??!!
We set sail from Rodney Bay Marina around 11AM. Music was already blasting and with sexy friends all around there was no time to warm up before the bashment started. And trust me, everyone was super ready to mash up the Tango!! Yes, the bar fully stocked was calling my name. The weather was great... sunny with a lil’ breeze. We cruised along the west coast of St. Lucia, destination the Pitons in Soufriere, with the crew wining, jumping, singing and drinking all along the ride.
Congrats to all that won the beer chugging contest. Good times!Around 2 or 3PM (cyah remember after so much liquor), we stopped on the little beach of Ti Kaye in Anse Cochon where we joined others boats and friends liming.
Simply beautiful, I love my carnival friends!!
On the way back, the pressure and the ambiance were at top level, with everybody still jamming and enjoying the cruise. We docked around 8PM. Time to go and link up Daddy Juice, who finally decided to join us in de mas.
