Crop Over Sunday, time for the famous Booze Cruise. For the first time (well since the days of the two Jolly Rogers vessels), the crowd was split in two groups, one to board the MV Harbour Master and the other to board the Jolly Roger ... was this a smart move? I will leave this judgement to the people that have been on this cruise before because for me, it was my very first Booze Cruise ... and I LOVED IT!

After spending quite some time at the Boat Yard (getting boozed up) before boarding the Harbour Master around 11am (ticket said 9am sharp lol) ... we finally left the mainland about noon.
On two floors the music was pumping but everyone had enough space to move around and bars were hardly over crowded.

I know now why it's called Booze Cruise ... because I can swear by 1pm everyone was slightly tipsy already. Bartenders were quick and drinks kept coming without problems.

There were two highlights for me during this cruise: (1) LUNCH (yuuummmmey buffett with choice of chicken, steak or fish) and (2) THE LIVE PERFORMANCES by TnT's Swappi who was nah go play (“daaaaannncccciiinnggg!!!!”) and Bajan Soca Queen Alison Hinds who blew the crowd away by not “going anywhere” and “bracing” herself on one lucky guy in the crowd. Makele was getting us all hyped and the vibe was NICE! So was everyone's head I think.

Male booze cruisers started taking their shirts off and some even ended up with bras around their necks (erm?!).

Everyone was dancing with and on everyone and getting from one end of the boat to the other involved heavy wining and wukking up on at least 8 people before actually getting there.

Another challenge was not getting knocked by an elbow while the crowd was moving to Lil Rick's “Jones & Wukup” ... bess song!

Getting back to the Boat Yard in the late afternoon for the After Party (which saw it's biggest crowd to-date) where there were lots more live entertainment is one big blur ... lol! All I remember is that I had a blast on board and that I would definitely spend $175 Bajan again to attend this event.

Jolly Roger massive... what was the vibes on your boat? Hit us up below...

“Popots won’t go snoozing, in Bimrock we keep boozing!”
