"We're a professional group of mas producers!!!" “It’s what we do for a living!!!”  ... This is definitely a pick up line for a speech for any TRIBE member!

TRIBE Ignite is exactly what it says in the name ... it IGNITES! Always being held on the Carnival Thursday for Miami Carnival - and purposefully having a stronghold on that night as an event you must attend to basically 'START' your Carnival season, this modern urban party never ceases to fail in which well sought after DJs and some beautiful people all fill the same location - Opium @ Hard Rock Cafe. But just because you know what you’re getting, doesn’t mean you won’t like what you get!!!

TRIBE never dares to veer from the basic Carnival Party Formula:

    * Easy On The Tongue Name + International DJs + Top Notch Location + Beautiful People + Alcohol + Total Surprise Guest Artiste = Success!

Something that TRIBE continually fancies themselves to boast is generally admitting more women into its party, while we live in a testosterone-lacquered world, thus it remains a slickly satisfying eye pleasure to attend such an event compounded with some excitement, sufficient thrills, spills and frills to keep you hooked. TRIBE has been well known for their mas band for Trinidad Carnival and they have been trying to throw parties in every major city as a pre-carnival party using their name as their strengths. Having been to Trinidad, London UK, Miami & Washington DC - Miami's TRIBE Ignite has been disciplined enough to continue to bring out their patrons and ensure they have a splendid time. Tonight for 2011 - essentially to close out the year - there was nothing different - some might say - the same thing from last year ....

One noticeable difference however this year, was the male TRIBE committee members walking around the party with what seemed to be a rum punch ... pouring it down the throats of the patrons ... I rate this behaviour in any party/event ... it creates a vibe, it gives you a memory, it brings life out of people ... it gets two thumbs up!

Verdict:
Solid Action with all the sexy people however, very predictable beats with enough verve to justify its existence. Think your basic House Party but just hosted by Michael Jackson @ Never Never Land.
