Fresh from the release of his album launch in New York, Gyptian predicts a change in the American political arena on November 4th with the recording of his most recent song "Black Son Rising" on the Evening Breeze Riddim produced by Chiney K Productions.

Recorded in August 2008, Gyptian speaks prophetically of a black son rising, and says that it comes as no surprise to see this change come as it is destined. Because of the lyrics to the song, many people have attached it as a song in support of Barack Obama.

"People who have listened to this chune say it is perfect in support of Barack Obama, and his platform of change," says Chin from Chiney K Productions.  The riddim itself is not traditional Reggae as it is rooted with latin guitar instrumentation, and a mild Reggae baseline, giving the music an international flair.

Known for writing and performing romantic and melodic ballads, Gyptian is best known for his hit singles "Serious Times", and "Beautiful Lady".  Gyptians latest album, 'I Can Feel Your Pain' was released on October 21st, 2008 on the VP Records Imprint.
