I love KFC in the Caribbean.  I love it so much that the mere idea of it makes my mouth water.  I don't know what it is about this damn chicken in the Caribbean...Sweet, succulent, orginial or spicy...droooooool...I love KFC in the Caribbean sooo much that I refuse to eat it here in the US. Cha...you mad?!  Ting tastes nothing like it does down in the islands!  I am convinced that yuh all put crack or some kinda drug up in there.

There is an argument going on between me, a MAD Caramel Man and a MAD Mocha Woman about which Caribbean island has better KFC...Grenada or Trinidad.  Now I don't know about all yuh out there, but when I land in Trini, the first thing I think about...well wait nah, the first thing I think about is whether or not my luggage made it down there...ok, the SECOND thing I think about is how fast I can get to the KFC in the airport terminal.  What often happens now is that I make sure and take a carry on with me to speed up the getting to KFC process.

I do the same thing in Grenada.  I head straight to Grand Anse, top speed!  You would swear I am looking at the finest piece of man the way I look at this damn chicken...I don't even wait for the chicken to cool down.  I happily burn my tongue, fingers and lips inhaling ah two piece with fries AND a biscuit with pepper sauce...lawd, why do I have to write about such things when I am no where near a "Red and White". :(  steuuuuups  What makes KFC soooo good?  I'm real MAD because I can't put my finger on it.....

And ammm what's up with the "Bacchanal Bucket".  I didn't believe this when I saw it, but fuh real, KFC celebrates Carnival with a "Bacchanal Bucket" of chicken....that's the most beautiful thing I've ever heard of, it almost brings a tear to this Red Woman's face...I SAID ALMOST!
