High riding dancehall princess Tifa is the sole female artiste billed for the Rick Ross Best of Summer concert which takes place on June 16 at the UDC Car Park in New Kingston.

According to the artiste who is known for hits including Dash Out, Matie Wine, Spell it Out, Certified Diva and Wedding Chapel, fans can expect an explosive performance from her.

“We have something planned especially for the fans so they can look out for that. Just come to the show and expect to be entertained”, Tifa hinted.

The artiste has a slate of shows in the pipeline including Reggae Sumfest in July; Philadelphia on July 14 with Baby Cham and Chi Ching Ching; and a tour of Japan in late August to September.

Tifa recently completed work with Dre Skull as well as producers ZJ Chrome and Ward 21 as well as Washroom Entertainment.

She is featured on Ward 21’s Vex rhythm; Chrome’s dancehall beat Wild Bubble as well as the Cardiac Keys rhythm; and the Pool side rhythm from Washroom.

Tifa contributes the song Hold On to the Pool Side which also features songs from Busy Signal, Konshens and Darrio, Voice Mail and Fambo.

“Every summer I put out a sexy summer song because summer is all about sexiness. When I heard the rhythm (pool side) it took me back to a whole 90’s vibe. So that’s how Hold On basically came about”, Tifa explained.

Tifa’s previous work with Washroom Entertainment includes Swaggin featuring Fambo and Wayne Marshall; Wedding Chapel; and Certified Diva with Tami Chynn.

Tifa is also cautioning fans to look out for collaborations and remixes.
