Any Friday (or Thursday) in Trinidad and Tobago is considered the beginning of the
weekend. On this Carnival Friday, it was no different! And the beauty
of it all, was that everyone that attended this event probably had work
to attend, children to feed, girls to pick up or guys to call, food to
buy etc. etc. ... some form of responsibility, but instead, they all
said (sorry) ...WE all said, "Phuket ... it's Carnival Friday!!"
CROWD:
With a good sized crowd made up of beautiful people, well dressed and
ready to party, it was no surprise to us why everyone was having a
fantastic time.
VENUE/ACCESSIBILITY:
Pier 1 is one of the few event locations that has maintained a stable
name within the party fraternity. Great ambiance, swimming pool in the
middle and conveniently located bars, all made this venue a prime spot.
Interestingly exciting. You know de party sweet when well dressed women say ... Phuket! and dives into a pool or decides to wine on a pole or drop on the ground and roll!! Vibes was great with Natural Freaks (out of NY) and Mr. Slaughter bringing the riddims. A special treat was Kerry the Drummer giving us a taste of his talents. Book him people ... he's good!
FOOD & DRINK:
Drinks inclusive .... can't beat that!!! Especially for the lil' smallie in the pink and white mini dress who like Henessy White!!! Laaawwwwddd.
SERVICE:
Service was great. Kudos to the promoters. Thanks for the love you showed.
A good event that will surely pick up next year. We looking forward to returning for sure. See you in 2014.
ps. To the Bajan crew and Jacksonville crew, nice seeing you guys there. Phucket ... de party was bess!!
