Project Override is having their first concert for 2013 at Toppers Sports Bar and Grill on Thursday 14th March. The band invites all their supporters to come and enjoy a night of free entertainment, great food and drinks in a relaxing atmosphere. Showtime is at 9pm and Project Override promises a mix of original compositions, covers and crossover selections.

“Our rock concert at Toppers is basically a means of showing our supportive audience what we have been working on. Apart from our brand new originals, we also have a new face to Project Override,” said Jeremy Anil Mangalsingh, manager of the band. Jeremy recruited 17 year old rhythm guitarist Nicholas St Clair, who is a beginner in his field. “I think it’s very important that we give young musicians a chance to showcase their talents. Project Override is a place for all musicians to grow,” stated Jeremy.

Project Override is expected to have a special guest to perform with them at the end of their concert. Jeremy Anil Mangalsingh stated that this is where you can expect the ultimate crossover of local music to take place. “I think we truly live up to our name as a crossover alternative rock band with this showcase. We look forward to everyone’s support and we invite all to take advantage of this free concert performance”

Project Override has been around for two years and is constantly making waves in the local rock industry. They have had performances at J’Malones, Woodford Cafe and the Rise in Chaguanas. The band mainly focuses on developing the local rock industry by giving younger musicians a chance to showcase their talents, performing throughout the local rock season, and most importantly creating a professional and entertaining product.

Project Override would continue to perform at many events throughout the year. Please make sure to check them out on Facebook and on Youtube. You can also contact them at rockstarttprs@gmail.com
