P.O.S, Trinidad (Sonique Solutions) – After last year’s successful edition and following numerous requests, the one of a kind cruise experience ‘Ship Shape’ is back to once again bring that fusion of festivity and fitness to the Trinbagonian masses on Saturday May 11th. Due to demand, Ship Shape 2 has been upgraded from its previous venue the Treasure Queen to the spacious Harbour Master vessel for 2013. The second installment of this event is set to transform the Harbor Master into a Mixed Aerobic Arts party/cruise and mini expo featuring some of the country’s top fitness professionals. For the price of $200 patrons will experience 3 levels of constant pumping and will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of exciting 10 minute sessions such as Zumba, Soca Tae Bo, Socarobics, Pole Fitness, Winercise, P90 X, Spin and Urban Rebound.
In addition to complimentary snacks and healthy treats, giveaways and prizes, fitness enthusiasts and those who simply want to come for the entertainment factor will party to the sounds of DJS Private Ryan and Alicia D’ Duchess accompanied by the “Alternative Riddim Section”.
Ship Shape is the brainchild of event promoter and Long Circular Mall gym fitness instructor Carver Rullow whose vision is to not only combine his two passions of Exercise and Entertainment but to repackage the local/regional fitness approach. According to Rullow, who has been responsible for several well known Carnival oriented affairs and theme parties in T&T, New York and Miami, “Ship Shape offers something truly beneficial for everyone regardless of their fitness levels or interests. Whether you’re looking to pump a little excitement into your life or get your ‘summer body’ in shape, we’ve taken into consideration all factors and logistics to make this an enjoyable, accommodating experience for all attendees”.
