Some may say that The Synergy Soca Star series is really having a tremendous effect on Super Jigga TC- The Self proclaimed, King Of Swag, but one thing’s for sure and that’s the fact that TC has placed himself ahead of quite a few well known soca artistes, going into Carnival 2K9- a profound reality that has given him the edge that many yearn for in the world of soca.

As if having one of the hottest tracks on the Barbadian produced coconut tree rhythm weren’t enough, TC has released yet another powerful track that meshes the rhythm of soca with the beat of rap, a crossover of sorts that one can boldly say, has never been attempted here in T&T.

The track, titled “Just Wine,” offers more groove than melody as there’s more to bump to, than there is to grind to, nevertheless in a carnival that’s fast approaching there’s no eliminating a song of this magnitude. What makes things even more intriguing is the fact that TC along with his cohort in the biz have just about signed on to be at every carnival event in the approaching season so with two tracks already giving him leverage, its fair to make the assertion that next year’s carnival season may very well be a budding beauty for the one and only, King of Swag.
