NEW YORK, NY (RHONA FOX, INC.) -  Kevin Lyttle has been credited for taking soca music beyond the Caribbean seas and to the international masses. Crowned the "Soul of Soca," Lyttle hails from the tiny island nation of St. Vincent & The Grenadines, and his international pop hit, "Turn Me On," was entirely produced and recorded on the island, before claiming airwaves worldwide.

Lyttle's sound earns him pop mainstream status with his fusion of soca, dancehall and contemporary R&B. This molds each of his productions into groovy, sexy ballads. His self-titled debut album from Atlantic in 2004 earned Gold status, selling over a million copies to date. Lyttle released his second album, Fyah, on the Universal Japan label in 2008, and it continues to top airplay and sales charts in Japan.

Teaming up with Billboard chart-topper Flo Rida gives Lyttle's new single, "Anywhere," the same formula that first brought him international acclaim. The record was officially launched by Miami's hit station POWER96 on January 10, 2009 in Ft. Lauderdale, to a packed house of fans, media and friends - who came out to support the new single and take in an exciting live performance by Lyttle.

Launching with an a cappella version of his trademark tune, "Turn Me On," Lyttle pulled out the classics before unveiling his new single for fans. He stepped into the crowd afterwards to take pictures and sign autographs. If the night and rave reviews of the records prove anything, it is that Lyttle will soon have another hit on his hands.

"Anywhere" is expected to go into regular rotation within the next few weeks on POWER96 in the Miami market. Lyttle will then make his way to New York City to meet with media houses as he continues to bring his soulful soca vibes to pop culture.
