Woodbrook, Port of Spain:- On Saturday 1st November 2014, Coco Lounge on Ariapita Avenue will be transformed into ‘The Haunted Mansion’; a signature Halloween event that has been held by the establishment for several years. The Haunted Mansion opens its doors promptly at 9:00pm and all patrons are encouraged to come in their best costumes to celebrate the event.
Halloween is celebrated in many several western countries and has become popular in Trinidad and Tobago, despite criticisms of commercialization on our twin island. “We encourage our patrons to be different, and to put their spin on what we as Trinbagonians see Halloween as. Over the years we have seen the conservative to the completely outrageous. It is an event all our patrons look forward to,” said Managing Director of Chameleon Entertainment, Jean Rochard who currently leads the promotion of party events at Coco Lounge.
The event has gained its popularity by the way in which it is executed. Coco Lounge is completely transformed into a haunted medieval mansion that boasts of hand crafted spell books, bubbling cauldrons, and common ingredients that you may find in a witches cupboard. If you are not careful, you may find yourself being faced with your worst nightmare. Once the party gets going, patrons can expect some of the best in-house DJ’s on Ariapita Avenue to entertain them for the entire night.
Coco Lounge recently celebrated its seventh anniversary and looks forward to entertaining both its new and dedicated patrons to a haunted party experience they surely will not forget.
