Kingston, Jamaica - March 20, 2015 - Excitement will be high at this coming Bacchanal Friday as the ladies are invited to show off their road march readiness by donning the shortest of their shorts. All ladies in short shorts will be entitled to a Bacchanal drink on the house. “It is the ladies who truly support Bacchanal Jamaica events and this Friday we are showing our appreciation by providing complimentary drinks for those who take up the challenge of wearing their short shorts”, said Bacchanal Jamaica Director Charmaine Franklin.

The versatile Lyrikal will add to the excitement when he commands the stage. The Trinidadian soca artiste, based in Brooklyn, New York, has earned himself an enviable reputation and is in demand to perform across the Caribbean and North America. Lyrikal has built an extensive catalogue, his repertoire consists of hit singles, such as “Wuk-Out Yuh Man”, “Nothing Under”, “All Over De Gyal”, “Ramajay”, “Conquer Meh” and his 2015 hit “Cloud 9” and many more including countless collaborations with leading artistes and producers.

Also on the Mas Camp stage will be guest Trinidadian selector DJ Myles and our own Kamal Bankay. DJ Myles is no stranger to the Mas Cap stage as he was here last March keeping the vibes high. “I appreciate the Jamaican crowd because, just like back home, they have a genuine reaction to the music,” DJ Myles told the Jamaica Observer on that visit.

The combination of activities planned for this Friday is expected to be awesome and not to be missed.
