KINGSTON, JAMAICA - MARCH 21, 2015 -- MC and selector for Miami’s Grammy winning Black Chiney Sound System, Walshy Fire, will be hyping up Bacchanal Jamaica’s Beach Jouvert with his signature sound at James Bond Beach, Oracabessa, on Saturday April 4.

Beach Jouvert will be the final leg of a tour spanning Europe and the Caribbean. Walshy Fire comes to Jamaica from stages in Barcelona, Spain, Toulon and Lubersac in France, Grand Cayman and St John’s, Antigua. These engagements clearly demonstrate that the Jamaican-born, Miami-based DJ is indeed a global phenomenon, well-deserving of the title of Global Ambassador of Music and Culture.

Charmaine Franklin, Bacchanal Jamaica director, is excited by this addition to an already stellar line up of performers at this event. “Every year we try to bring something new and trendy to Beach Jouvert and you must agree we couldn’t get more hip than Walshy Fire. We have no doubt that he will be bring us many additional young patrons as we work to ensure the continuity of carnival in Jamaica.”

Beach jouvert is the signature event for the Easter weekend when all roads lead to James Bond Beach in St Mary to have a blast with family and friends the Bacchanal Jamaica way. Visit bacchanaljamaica.com for more information.
