The Cotton Tree Foundation will be hosting its 13th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on Wednesday 27th May 2015 at St. Andrew’s Golf Club, Moka. The first tee-off is at 9:00 am with registration and breakfast, sponsored by Superb Caterers, starting at 7:00 am.
President Anthony Carmona, patron of Cotton Tree Golf, will open the tournament. The Opening Ceremony is scheduled to commence at 8:40 am. Corporate executives, players and members of the media are invited to attend and are asked to arrive by 8:00 am.
The tournament is well attended by corporations such as Blink/Bmobile, Pan American Life, L.J. Williams, The National Gas Company and Petrotrin, to name a few, all looking to claim the hole-in-one prize of a Porsche Macan sponsored by LifeStyle Motors.
As usual, there will be a cadre of prizes from Magdalena Grand Beach Resort, Blink/Bmobile, Millennium, Le Visage Day Spa, Cascadia Hotel, Unilever, Angostura, and many more. The winning team will be awarded the Cotton Tree Foundation Challenge Trophy which was introduced in 2011. The competition follows the 2 ball better ball, ¾ handicap, Stableford scoring format.
Cotton Tree, a Non-Governmental Organisation, was established in 1993 to improve life chances through the vehicle of education. The Golf Tournament is a major fundraiser for the Cotton Tree Foundation and all proceeds will benefit the Foundation’s programs.
