Miami, FL - July 2, 2015 - The National Black Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) invites students in school and/or business program to participate in their 23rd Annual Convention August 6, 2015, in Hollywood, Florida's Diplomat Resort & Spa.  NBCC is extending an invitation to the collegiate community as a partner for the Pass the Torch Young Entrepreneurs Competition.



Pass the Torch gives young entrepreneurs the opportunity to enter a business idea and compete against other students in the area. Top finalists will have the chance to present to a panel of judges at the National Convention. Judges will include a panel of experts, investors, and esteemed members of NBCC. All of the aspiring entrepreneurs will walk away with the feedback and direction necessary to take their ideas and products to the next level and the winners will leave with a cash prize.

The National Black Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization which has dedicated itself to the economic empowerment of African American communities through entrepreneurship and capitalistic activity since its incorporation in 1993. Focused on sustaining entrepreneurship and guiding future entrepreneurs, the NBCC advocates innovative approaches to development for businesses domestically and internationally.
