King UjahKing Ujah, known as the Souljah of the Most High, has released his sophomore disc entitled, "Glorify the King" which is a follow up to his critically acclaimed premiere album, "Beauty for Ashes".

Standing firm in his commitment to praising the Most High, "Glorify the King" is a 13-track disc, which focuses on the goodness and beauty of being in the presence of the Most High, Love for a woman, loyalty of friends, and a plead for an end to violence.

In the song "Hustla / For My Homies" King Ujah hails up the friends who have been loyal in the struggle, and wouldn't think of switching or betraying that loyalty.   For the ladies, the King shares his sensitive side with the track "Crazy" and the Rockaz style song "Sugar".  Both tracks celebrate the beauty of a woman, and a mans desire to be faithful to her and her alone; speaking of Love and appreciation for the woman, King Ujah puts the Queens on high in both chunes.  Not shying away from issues affecting society, "Time to Have Some Fun / Put Down the Gun" speaks directly to the youths and the shottas with a request to put down the gun so we as a society can go back to having fun, and living life the way the almighty intended.

The most important element to this album, is King Ujah's commitment to praising and glorifying the Most High.  Tracks such as "Praises to My King" and "Give Thanks to The Most High" are heartfelt songs which are lyrically uplifting and connect on a spiritual level with all who have thanks and praise in their heart for the almighty.

King Ujah continues to receive endorsements from Radio Jocks such as Carrie Mullings from 105.5 FM's 'Rebel Vibes', who says this artist is a "promising artist with a style of his own".  Patrick Roots from 89.5FM's Reggae Riddim says "Half of the story as not been told; these words best describes this artist. Nuff nuff more to  come from Ujah!"  Natty B, owner of Tre-Jah-Isle Records and Gifts says:  Ujah gets non stop play and endorsement!  Talented Youth!  These quotes further confirm the King's recent win at the Canadian Reggae Music Awards for Top Dancehall Style DJ for 2007.

King Ujah made his debut at the age of eight when he performed in school functions.  The command of his performance, and his stage presence makes him a memorable artist as he has graced stages such as Walter Fletcher's Beach, Reggae Sumfest, Jamaica Day (in Toronto), Irie Festival and the Calgary Reggae Festival.  King Ujah has shared the stage with top artists such as Luciano, Capleton and Morgan Heritage to name a few, and looks forward to sharing the stage and studio with many more!

King Ujah is dedicated to cultural awareness and spiritual upliftment, with eyes set on the continuation of positive musical vibes.
