Los Angeles, CA (August 21, 2015) – Soca sensation Kes has teamed with Yahoo! Music for the premiere of lead single “Balloons” – the track can be heard HERE.

Kes is the wildly popular Carribean pop/soca group known for their unique blend of soulful vocals, calypso-inspired melodies, rock riffs and island beats. Formed in Trinidad, the group, led by vocalist Kees Dieffenthaller, has amassed over 5 million combined YouTube views, shared stages with artists such as Rihanna, Maroon 5 and John Legend, collaborated with Snoop Dogg, and thanks to their electrifying live show, has become a top concert draw around the world. The group, which includes Dieffenthaller’s brothers Hans (drums) and Jon (guitar) and Riad Boochoon (bass), are making their Weirdo Workshop premiere with “Balloons.”

Weirdo Workshop is the new independent artist collective formed by the multi-Grammy nominated songwriter/producer team of Claude Kelly and Chuck Harmony and award-winning creative shop Night Agency.
