It was indeed double the fun at Mas Camp last Friday with DJs Sanjay and Ryan Sayeed at the turntable. Sanjay set the tone with new soca hits and the all-time favourites. The revelers jumped and wined in the venue that was decorated with palm trees to create the beach ambience. Even as the tempo and excitement increased a smooth change over saw DJ Ryan at the control.

It was a true two for one for the rest of the night as Sanjay teamed up with Ryan to intensify the vybes even further. “I am not a talker, I just play so it was great to team up with Sanjay,” said Ryan. And, according to Sanjay“The chemistry between Ryan and me is really fantastic. We have worked together before and tonight was special.” It was Ryan’s first time on the Bacchanal stage and he found the energy of the crowd incredible! “I have worked in Jamaica before, but other Djs told me that the Bacchanal crowd was a level above what I was used and I now recognize that for myself. I believe that Jamaicans love to party even more than Trinidadians. While the carnival in Trinidad is much bigger the vybes in Jamaica are equal or better” he added.

Bacchanal Fridays 2016 has certainly delivered all we hoped for,” shared Charmaine Franklin Bacchanal Jamaica director. “ We will be upping the ante as of next week with the introduction of the bands. We will have Fayann Lyons and BunjiGarlan next week and later on Destra and Farmer Nappy among other exciting acts,” she added.
