iSA to Donate Half its Proceeds to Bahamas Citizens
Lauderhill Florida –The CEO of SAO Soca Awards Ltd, Mr. Colin Jackman, has committed half of the proceeds from the 16th Annual International Soca Awards to help fund recovery and rebuilding efforts in the Bahamas. The island nation suffered significant damage from HurricaneDorian which left thousands homeless and took several lives.
“Our hearts and prayers go out to the Bahamian community,” Jackman said. “iSA wishes the citizens of the Bahamas the best and stand with you as you recover and rebuild,” he added.
The 16th International Soca Awards is scheduled for Thursday, October 10th,2019 at the Lauderhill Performing Arts Center which is located 3800 NW 11th Place in Lauderhill, Florida. Over One Thousand(1,000)patrons are expected to attend this year’s event. $35.50 from every $65 VIP ticket and $20 from every $40 general admission ticket will be presented directly to the Consul General of the Bahamas during the event.Tickets are available at WWW.SOCAAWARDS.COM & LPAC box office.
