The youngest veteran in Soca music is reminding us and all of his fans to remember to always be "Grateful". So its fitting that "Grateful" is again the title for the second annual birthday concert event hosted by Mr. Erphaan Alves at the Anchorage, Harts Cut, Chaguaramas on Friday 22nd November 2019. However, after the 2018 success of the first event, Erphaan and tEAM (pronounced Team EA) added  the subtitle of 'Bienveniedo' which in English translates to 'Welcome'.

Another fitting term as Erphaan has already released his first single for the Carnival 2020 season entitled "Soca Global". All of these activities are by no means a coincidence as tEAm and Erphaan have always given the process of proper thought and planning in every aspect of the artistes' career moves. Alves started competing in the music competitions since primary school at Rosary Boys, Port of Spain and progressed to becoming the secondary schools' Soca Monarch two consecutive years in 2008 & 2009. Erphaan then won the National Song Competition in 2012 with his own composition - As We Rise.

Graduating from U.W.I with a degree in Musical Arts was something Alves did whilst developing as a musician and artiste and after writing hits for the likes of Teddyson John, Kes The Band and Machel Montano to name a few, Erphaan Alves has single handedly created his own path by staying focused on his vision as an artiste in the Soca industry.

Team EA then felt that the EA Fans needed an event of their own to celebrate Erphaan's career and what better date than a weekend in November as this is Erphaan's birth month (November 23rd to be exact).

'Grateful - Bienvenido' was again carefully planned and the premium indoor/ outdoor Anchorage event venue was chosen for the second time because of the venue's ideal design and style. Along with the well trained staff and security plus secure parking, 'Grateful' welcomes all new and die-hard EA fans to a night of live band, soca celebrity engagement as all Erphaan's friends in music, backed by a full live band, will surely be attending this memorable high energy mini-concert event.
