Coverage Tips Off Friday February 14 at 7 p.m. ET

ESPN Caribbean presents the 2020 NBA All–Star from Chicago Friday, February 14 to Sunday, February 16. On Friday, ESPN Caribbean will air the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game presented by Ruffles at 7 p.m. ET and the NBA Rising Stars at 9 p.m. ET. ESPN will also air the State Farm All-Star Saturday Night on Saturday at 8 p.m. ET and present the 69th NBA All-Star Game on Sunday at 8 p.m. ET. The 2020 NBA All-Star will also be available via streaming live on ESPN Play.

NBA All-Star Celebrity Game Presented by Ruffles

The NBA All-Star Celebrity Game will feature popular ESPN commentators Stephen A. Smith and Chicago native Michael Wilbon as celebrity coaches for this year’s game. Actor Jesse Williams from Grey’s Anatomy will serve as Wilbon’s assistant coach, while television host and chef Guy Fieri from the Food Network will serve as assistant coach to Stephen A. Three-time Grammy® Award winner and Chicago native Chance The Rapper and three-time Grammy® Award winner, Oscar winner and Chicago native Common have been named team captains leading the star-studded array of participants, including 2018 MVP Quavo, as well as WNBA stars Chelsea Gray (Los Angeles Sparks) and A’ja Wilson (Las Vegas Aces), among others.

NBA Rising Stars

The 26th Rising Stars Challenge selects ten first- and second-year NBA players from the United States to compete against ten first- and second-year players from around the world in the league’s yearly showcase of young talent. Team USA’s roster includes Trae Young (Atlanta Hawks), Ja Morant (Memphis Grizzlies), Zion Williamson (New Orleans Pelicans) and Tyler Herro (Miami Heat), among others. Team World includes players Luka Dončić (Dallas Mavericks), Deandre Ayton (Phoenix Suns), RJ Barrett (New York Knicks) and Josh Okogie (Minnesota Timberwolves), among others.

State Farm All-Star Saturday Night

The NBA All-Star Saturday Night features several events to test each competitor’s mastery of basketball, including the Taco Bell Skills Challenge, MTN DEW 3-Point Contest and AT&T Slam Dunk Contest.

69th NBA All-Star Game

The 69th NBA All-Star Game marks the third time that Chicago hosts the event, having previously hosted it in 1973 and 1988.

Los Angeles Lakers’ LeBron James and the Milwaukee Bucks’ Giannis Antetokounmpo won the fan vote as team captains. The teams were hand-picked by both, who alternated picks until each team’s roster was filled. The Team LeBron starting lineup includes LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Kawhi Leonard, Luka Doncic and James Harden. The Team Giannis starting lineup includes Giannis Antetokoumpo, Joel Embiid, Pascal Siakam, Kemba Walker and Trae Young.
